Today's Menu

Breakfast: Purple Smoothies and soft boiled eggs

Lunch: leftover mousakka, paleo apple crisp

Dinner: Soup (roasted acorn squash, cauliflower, onions, carrots, garlic, apples, and hazelnut butter) with a sprinkling of sausage

snack: a clemmie
